Case Study
Context: The challenge was to create an explainer video about the SOAR process using the 4-step process from the lesson. A voiceover recording was provided as well as a list of components to include in the video like three scenes, annotations, background music, etc.
Challenge: The intended audience for this video is job-seekers who want help improving their answer to interview questions, particularly the behavioral questions. They may struggle with answering behavioral questions with enough detail that the interviewer understands them better, while still being succinct.
Solution: This video outlines the SOAR method for answering interview questions. It explains the need and thinking behind the method and provides detail of what to include in each part of the answer.
Result: The intention of this video is to increase the rate of successful interviews by viewers. This will be measured by a feedback form asking how many invitations to continue past an initial interview the viewers have.
